Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and innovator in the consumer and industrial electronics space, with the last six years focused on vaporization devices. He is the cofounder and CEO of 14th Round and cofounded dosist, which is widely recognized as a top health and wellness brand in cannabis and was named one of Fast Company’s “Ten Most Innovative Companies in Health” in 2018.


Greg Boone
Chief Executive Officer, Final Bell Canada
Greg has spent the past 20 years operating in highly regulated industries and the last 7 years in the legal cannabis industry. Most recently, Greg was the founder and former CEO of Dosecann (an Auxly subsidiary), where he built a 150+ person team and achieved the #1 market share in Canada in the first year of cannabis 2.0 legalization. Greg is also the founder and President of HEC Group, a Canadian based recruiting firm.


Sasha Kadey

Sasha is a veteran brand builder and business leader with deep experience across the cannabis, wine & spirits, and luxury beauty industries. Previously he was the CMO for Greenlane, the largest ancillary cannabis company. At Greenlane, Sasha led a corporate rebrand and also developed a number of brands including VIBES, Keith Haring, Marley Natural, Vapor.com, Pollen Gear and Higher Standards while advising many of the cannabis industry’s leading players.


Justin Germaine

Justin spent the initial stage of his career in investment banking focused on the financial technology and asset management sectors before making the leap to the consumer space. Justin was one of the first employees at dosist, where he led strategic and analytical decision making on numerous projects including all domestic and international expansion, and most recently served as the Vice President of Strategy.


Ezekiel Blattler

Zeke has over 10 years experience running sales organizations in highly regulated industries including alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis. Most recently, Zeke was the VP of Sales for leading cannabis brand dosist where he oversaw the entire global sales organization. Prior to dosist, Zeke was the Regional Vice President, West at JUUL where he built and led the top performing region at the company.


Jennifer Maccarone

A veteran regulatory and quality assurance professional with deep experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is responsible for getting more than 10 license holders approved by Health Canada including Emblem, Delta 9, WeedMD, Safari, Quality Green, & Zyus. Jennifer has operationalized three cultivation facilities since 2016 and resides on three Program Advisory Committees for Ryerson University, Seneca College, & Niagara College.
